Who we are

Чиста Оселя is the seller of products under the brand “Clean Home”. Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

What this document is

This is a public offer — an offer to enter into a sales contract under the terms described below. Once you confirm your order (message us in a messenger and agree on the purchase) — the contract is concluded. A signature is not required.

Orders

Orders are placed via messenger. After we confirm product availability and agree on the details — the order is considered accepted. Until we confirm, no obligations arise.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site in the local currency. The Seller reserves the right to change prices — but confirmed orders will not be recalculated.

Payment is made on terms agreed individually during order processing (prepayment, payment on delivery, etc.).

Delivery

Delivery is carried out through postal or courier services. Terms, timing, and cost are agreed when placing the order and may depend on region and order size.

Responsibility for the safety of the goods passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

Household chemical products are not subject to return or exchange after they have been handed over to the buyer if they are of proper quality.

The exception is a manufacturing defect discovered and documented immediately at the time of receipt: at the branch of Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, or when received from a courier.

1. Do not take the package or document the defect on photo/video in the presence of the branch staff or courier.
2. Contact us immediately — on the same day.

Quality claims discovered after the package has been accepted without objections are not considered.

Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

• damage caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow instructions;
• delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, martial law, etc.).

Personal data

By providing your contact details to place an order, you agree to their processing exclusively for order fulfillment and communication. We do not share your data with third parties except when necessary for delivery.

Changes to the offer

We may update this document. The current version is always available on the website. Orders placed before changes are executed under the previous terms.
