## Shipping

Delivery takes place from Ukraine. Orders paid before **17:30** are dispatched the same day. On Sunday — if payment is made before **11:00**. All orders are carefully packaged before shipment.

## Returns and exchanges

We accept claims for **manufacturing defects** discovered and documented at the moment of receipt — at the courier or post office.

1. Do not take the package, or document the defect with photo/video in the presence of the post office staff or courier.
2. Contact us the same day.
