Shipping
Delivery takes place from Ukraine. Orders paid before 17:30 are dispatched the same day. On Sunday — if payment is made before 11:00. All orders are carefully packaged before shipment.

Returns and exchanges
We accept claims for manufacturing defects discovered and documented at the moment of receipt — at the courier or post office.
- Do not take the package, or document the defect with photo/video in the presence of the post office staff or courier.
- Contact us the same day.
